1930’s Crib Quilt Top & Matching Reproduction Print Aunt Grace Kids by Judie Rothermel

This is a set that includes a 1930’s hand stitched crib quilt top that is 36 inches wide by 56 inches long and 6 yards of 44 inch wide matching reproduction fabric from the 1990’s. The crib quilt top includes embroidered animals and Dutch boys and girls. The animals include a rooster, swan, rabbits, an ostrich and goat. There is some light staining on some of the blue pieces. Two of the photos show the worst stained blocks.

The 1930’s child print was reproduced in the 1990’s and put together with the 1930’s crib quilt top. The selvage on the 1990’s fabric reads “Aunt Gracie Kids by Judie Rothermel for Marcus Brothers Textiles, Inc.” It is new and in excellent condition. The last photo shows the original 1930’s print next to the 1990’s print. The yellow is brighter on the 1990’s fabric and the blues are slightly different.
