Thousand Pyramids Quilt Top

Description

This machine stitched quilt top includes a wide collection of fabrics from the late 1800’s to early 1900’s. There is a small hole in the border along one edge as shown in the photo. The solid pink block at the top of the quilt top has “1921” written in pencil on the back. The double pink prints also have a name written in pencil – “Ida” and a faded last name that is unidentified. Any light spots that show in the photo are a result of light from a window in the background.
