This panel is a Halloween themed vest for you to make with the title “Which Witch & The Who?”. Two side pieces and one back piece are included along with instructions to complete the vest. The vest can be adjusted for small, medium and large sizes. The back of the vest reads “There is magic in the night when pumpkins glow with candle light”.In addition to the panel, you will need 1 3/4 yards of 45 inch wide fabric to be used for the lining. You will also need 12 to 24 buttons to embellish the vest.
