1950’s Windowpane Quilt

Description

This hand stitched quilt measures 54 by 83 inches, not including the border squares. While this quilt can be enjoyed as it is, there are some stitching repairs that could be done – some of the stitching holding the squares together has come apart. This can be seen in a couple of the close up photos. There is some light yellowing on some of the border blocks which encircle the entire quilt. Note the child novelty prints among other fabrics from this period.
