Yellow Floral Scheurer Fabric Sample

Description

This sample piece was purchased from an auction in Paris and came from the famous Scheurer Company which was one of Europe’s great textile printers based in Mulhouse in Alsace, France. One edge has small holes where the piece was attached to the sample book. There is a label in the corner of the piece that reads “19702 Popeline.” The sample measures 32 by 19 inches. For a view of the entire piece, click on the magnifying glass in the upper left corner of the photo.
