1930s Pink Dresden Quilt Top

Description

A great collection of prints from the 1930s are hand stitched in a circle on a light weight white cotton. The edges of the top are scalloped using strips of 30s prints and a pink edge. This top has yellowed somewhat and has a number of brown spots that are shown in the photos. The blocks are machine stitched and the pink leaves are appliquéd. There is a water spot in the top right hand block as shown in the last photo.
