Description
Dark blue base with gold and silver stitching Illinois College cigarette silk measuring 1.75 by 3 inches. Silks were a promotion for cigarette companies in the early 1900’s. The bottom of the silk reads “Egyptienne Luxury” and the top reads “Factory No. 7 3rd District State NY”. Both ends appear to have been previously stitched. There is some light staining on two of the available silks.
